meet.make.crochet-along: round ripple baby blanket.

Crochet round ripple baby blanket

With all the baby blanket making going on in these parts, how fitting was it for Alicia to choose a baby blanket for September's crochet-along project! I have been eyeing this pattern for awhile, so it was perfect timing.

As I'm sure you have noticed we have made a lot of baby blankets recently. (Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3 / Part 4) I think out of all the blankets I did though, this was the one I most enjoyed making. I really enjoyed how it built up in the round, instead of back and forth across rows.

I have been on a bit of a budget lately, so I wanted to use up some yarn from my ever growing stash for this project. I think the colour combo actually works, and I'm excited to give this blanket as a gift for a baby boy my cousin is expecting. :)
