meet.make.mini caprese skewers.

In need of a last minute snack for your Superbowl get-together or potluck? Look no further.... we went back into the meet.make.laugh. vault and decided to re-share these perfect last minute snacks. All three of us have made them numerous times.... they are that good! And simple!

This recipe was inspired by: Mels Kitchen Cafe

You will need:
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Basil leaves
  • Bocconcini cheese pearls (cocktail size)
  • Balsamic vinaigrette to drizzle over
  • Toothpicks as skewers

Slice the tomatoes in half, as well as the bocconcini pearls. Place on toothpick, and top with a folded up basil leaf. Drizzle on balsamic vinegar, and you are done!

What are your favourite treats to take to a potluck?

  4. Yum! We missed the Superbowl this year because it happened from 12:30-4:30am our time. I'm going to keep this recipe idea in mind for a future get-together, though!
