Our favourite time of year has come and gone... but we must say that our ladies baking weekend 2012 was a delicious success!
We headed up island to our dear friend Lindsay's home for three days of baking, drinking, and laughs with some amazing friends, and in the process, managed to create eight yummy treats:
- Sugar Cookies
- Cranberry Bliss Bars
- Almond Roca
- Cherry Bars
- Salted Caramel Shortbread
- White Chocolate Cranberry Lemon Bars
- Ginger Spice Cookies
- Rum Balls
We will be sharing a couple of these awesome recipes with you over the next few weeks so make sure you keep visiting our space! We also have a couple of signature cocktails that we are excited to share that are great for the Christmas season.
