This is a great appetizer for your ladies night in, or any potluck gathering you may attend! It is a very quick goodie to make, so if you need to put something together fast and flattering after work this will do the trick. Lastly.... it is seriously delicious. Sometimes the ingredients speak for themselves and you don't need to do anything to them!
Ingredients:
Fresh figs (make sure they are ripe)
Sliced proscuitto
Brie, slightly warmed
Toothpicks
Slice the figs lengthwise into 4 slices. Cut the prosciutto into small pieces, and fold to fit on top of fig. Cut little wedges of brie, and stack on top of the prosciutto. We found if you heat the brie for a few seconds it adds just a hint more of a delightful texture. Add a toothpick to keep the stack stable, and serve. Done and done!
Impress even your toughest food critic!
We made these during our latest Ladies Night In. Stay tuned because there are more posts coming soon, including another Summer cocktail and a fun DIY project!
